2. Service description
Anrufly provides software tools for businesses to manage WhatsApp Business communications, including shared inbox, approved templates, chatbot workflows, campaigns, team collaboration, and integrations.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Ensure you have authority to connect and manage any WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers you add.
- Obtain proper opt-in or consent before sending messages.
- Use approved templates where required.
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, Meta policies, anti-spam laws, privacy laws, and applicable regulations.
- Keep account credentials secure.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Anrufly for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, misleading messages, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
5. Third-party platforms
Anrufly integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Anrufly is not endorsed by or affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Availability
We work to keep Anrufly reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
