Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your Anrufly account data, Meta integration data, and WhatsApp Business integration data by following the instructions below.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@anrufly.de.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered email address, business name, and the WhatsApp phone number or channel you want removed.
  4. We may ask you to verify that you are authorized to request deletion.

What we delete

  • Your Anrufly user account.
  • Connected WhatsApp Business channel records.
  • Stored access tokens and webhook configuration.
  • Stored contacts, messages, campaigns, templates, and automation data associated with your account.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, backup retention, fraud prevention, billing records, or compliance obligations.
